Return/Exchange Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return any unworn clothing for a refund or exchange.

All garments unless otherwise indicated, may be returned for a refund, within 14 days from the date that the merchandise was delivered to you. You must notify us by e-mail within 14 days of receiving your order if you wish to return any merchandise for a refund.

Please contact our dedicated customer service department by using the Contact Us form and one of our customer service reps will assign to you a Return Authorization Number (RAN) which allows us to keep track of the return.

NOTE: Shipping charges cannot be refunded.

Please allow us 10-14 days once we have received your return to process and credit your credit card.

Returned merchandise must be in NEW, UNWASHED and UNUSED CONDITION, and in the same original packaging. Merchandise must have all original tags and nylon fastener attachments attached to it, and tags must be un-altered, and not disconnected cut or damaged. We are able to tell when tags have been reattached with your own pricing gun. Once the tags are removed, the merchandise is yours. No exceptions. We will Not Accept Returns of merchandise with obvious signs of use.

ALL BRA & PANTY SETS, PANTIES, THONGS, G-STRINGS, TEDDIES, BODY STOCKINGS, BODYSUITS, PANTYHOSE, STOCKINGS, HOSIERY, INTIMATE GARMENTS CONTAINING A CROTCH AREA are not returnable for an exchange, due to the health regulations set by The Department of Health to protect the consumer.


DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS:
If your order arrives at your door damaged, or defective, we will either replace the item if possible, or ship out a new one completely at our expense.

Requests for replacements will be processed as quickly as possible. Please note that we are not able to express ship replacement pieces.

We work hard to make your shopping experience at Honey Lingerie an enjoyable one.

CREDIT AND RETURN TIME:
Please give us some time to process your return/exchange. It takes about 10 business days for us to receive the returned or exchanged product back from you. Within 72 hours of receiving the item back in our warehouse, you will receive an e-mail that reflects that your credit card has been credited.

All refunds granted are for the purchase price of the product only and can only be issued to the credit card used at purchase.

CANCELING YOUR ORDER:
If you have placed an order and would like to cancel it, please email us within two hours of placing your order to cancel it free of any charges.

Don't worry! Even after the two hours, our friendly customer service will do all that we can to stop the items from being processed and/or shipped but there is no guarantee that we will be able to stop it in time
